Willis Towers Watson Ron Krupa is a director of health and benefits consulting with a leading global benefits consulting firm, with more than 30 years of experience across many aspects of employee benefits and human resources, including employee engagement and communications, benefits administration and outsourcing, learning and development, third-party administration, global benefits, and ACA reporting. Ron has worked with large and complex clients across the country. Additionally, Krupa has written several articles for benefits publications and has been a featured speaker on webcasts and at benefits conferences. Ron holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Ithaca College and a master’s degree in secondary education from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS®) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, is CEBS compliant and serves on the CEBS committee. He was the 2015 President of the ISCEBS Governing Council and continues to be active with both organizations. Dave is a Principal in the Tampa, FL office of Mercer Health & Benefits, LLC. He brings 30+ years of experience in the health & benefits industry and advises clients on a wide range of areas such as plan funding, stop loss, consumer directed health plans, compliance, point solutions, plan communication, vendor management, compliance, and outsourcing solutions. Prior to joining Mercer in 2001, Dave spent 10 years with United Healthcare and Travelers where he worked in sales and account management roles. He was a Pinnacle Award winner several times for his performance.
