Anthony Donatelli, CEBS, Senior Associate, Willis Towers Watson
Anthony Donatelli is a senior associate in WTW’s Health & Benefits practice. He has over 15 years of experience in a variety of employee benefit fields, with specific emphasis on program strategy, financial analysis, and project/vendor management. Anthony has experience serving public, private, and not-for-profit clients. Anthony received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami in political science and has obtained the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans/Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. 
G. Scot Grooms, CEBS (Facilitator), President/CEO, Grooms Benefit Solutions
As a 20+ year veteran in employee benefits, Scot has a passion to help businesses transition their employee benefits from a cost of doing business into a strategic business investment. Scot is the President/CEO of Grooms Benefit Solutions, an independent and privately-held benefits brokerage and consulting firm in Tampa, Florida that provides expertise to employers nationwide on how to best manage successful group insurance programs that benefit both employers and employees. Scot is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® and currently sits as President on the board of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the International Society of CEBS®. He is a graduate of the University of Florida. 
Brian Haas, CEBS, Director of Special Risk, Wellfleet Insurance Group
Brian is currently running the Special Risk Division at Wellfleet Insurance Group, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. He has over 35 years of experience in the Special Risk Insurance industry, having had positions in Underwriting, Sales and Account Management. He specializes in designing specialty coverages for unique risks. Brian earned his CEBS designation in 2007 and has served on both local chapter Boards as well as the National Governing Council. 
Ron Krupa, CEBS, Director, Health and Benefits Consulting,
Willis Towers Watson Ron Krupa is a director of health and benefits consulting with a leading global benefits consulting firm, with more than 30 years of experience across many aspects of employee benefits and human resources, including employee engagement and communications, benefits administration and outsourcing, learning and development, third-party administration, global benefits, and ACA reporting. Ron has worked with large and complex clients across the country. Additionally, Krupa has written several articles for benefits publications and has been a featured speaker on webcasts and at benefits conferences. Ron holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Ithaca College and a master’s degree in secondary education from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS®) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, is CEBS compliant and serves on the CEBS committee. He was the 2015 President of the ISCEBS Governing Council and continues to be active with both organizations. In addition, Ron has a Florida Life and Health license, an ISCEBS Fellowship and a Global Professional in Human Resources ® (GPHR®) certification from HRCI. 
David M. Lohrey, CEBS, Principal, Mercer Health & Benefits
Dave is a Principal in the Tampa, FL office of Mercer Health & Benefits, LLC. He brings 30+ years of experience in the health & benefits industry and advises clients on a wide range of areas such as plan funding, stop loss, consumer directed health plans, compliance, point solutions, plan communication, vendor management, compliance, and outsourcing solutions. Prior to joining Mercer in 2001, Dave spent 10 years with United Healthcare and Travelers where he worked in sales and account management roles. He was a Pinnacle Award winner several times for his performance. Dave has CEBS, GBA, and RPA designations through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and currently sits as Vice President on the board of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the International Society of CEBS®. Dave holds a BA from the University of Virginia is a member of the UVA Lacrosse Alumni Association. 
John Phan, CEBS, Senior Client Manager, Cigna
As the leader of the Cigna account team, John delivers exceptional client satisfaction through consistently offering insight into the financial performance and the strategic planning of your benefit plans programs. He coordinates a team of professionals to ensure the execution on the delivery of the service and value that you expected from Cigna. John also manages the renewal process, coordinate financial meetings and assist with development of client specific strategies. John’s 30 years of experience includes working with middle market and national account clients and expert in all different types of funding arrangements. He has spent 17 years at Cigna in various capacities that include client management, sales operations, and underwriting. Prior to rejoining Cigna in 2014, he served as the Vice President with two of the largest domestic and international consultant firms along with sales management and underwriting operations. John is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® and currently sits as Treasurer on the board of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the International Society of CEBS®. |
