Please join the ISCEBS Tampa Bay Chapter for an in-person meeting "Overview of Benefits Cybersecurity - What Should Employers Understand" on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, 5:00 pm at Maggiano’s Westshore Plaza. There is still a notable amount of uncertainty from an administration and implementation perspective, as additional agency guidance and clarity is needed (e.g., IRS, DOL guidance/direction). It is helpful to think of the provisions from a mandatory (near term) vs. optional (medium term) perspective and prioritize the administration and operational aspects of the mandatory provisions, much of which will be facilitated by record keepers.
