It’s time to celebrate as the ISCEBS Tampa Chapter continues to bring value to its membership through programs that support the benefits and HR professionals in the community!
Please join the ISCEBS Tampa Chapter for our 2022 annual chapter meeting on Thursday, January 12, 2023. As part of the annual meeting and its required deliverables, we will hold a brief Chapter meeting and elect our 2023 officers. The chapter will provide hors d'oeuvres and drinks. Included in the annual meeting is a presentation presented by Gail Smith, MS, LMFT of Cigna on “Behavioral Health Trends”. This presentation focuses on the history of behavioral health, the impact of the pandemic on behavioral health, and the challenges and opportunities employers have when addressing behavioral health. Cigna Behavioral Clinical Strategy Cigna Leader Gail is the Subject Matter Expert at Cigna and possesses an in depth knowledge of advance market issues. Gail has been with Cigna since 2011 with experience both in Behavioral Operations as a Care Manager and Clinical Lead, as well as her current role within the sales organization. Gail is also a board approved clinical supervisor and former experiences include outpatient therapy, in-home family and child/adolescent therapy, day treatment, and working with the developmentally disabled. Gail earned a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Cloud State University and holds a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist. |
